We do not process any insurance claims in this office. We provide you, the client, with an invoice including the CPT code to submit to your insurance company (if applicable). All license and certification numbers for your counselor will be included on the invoice after office visit payment is received.
We are considered an out-of-network provider and you may be eligible for a percentage refund from the following insurance companies: Aetna, Cigna, BlueCross BlueShield, Humana, & UnitedHealth. Please contact your insurance company to find out if your type of plan will reimburse you.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay half ($55) the cost of the session.

- Suspected child, dependent adult, and elder abuse, which is required by law to report to the Abuse Hotline.
- When a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, police & the intended victim will be notified.
- When a client intends to harm himself/herself further measures provided by the law to ensure their safety will be taken.
