Michael D. Castrilli is the owner and clinical director of Trinity Escape, Counseling, Coaching & Consulting in Clermont, Florida. Michael is the founder of the Mental Assault Sports & Business Performance Programs. Michael helps clients identify root issues; taking on the source of the problems rather than merely fighting the symptoms.
Michael has been practicing in the mental health field for the past 12 years. He specializes in sports performance mental training for athletes, business performance consulting for entrepreneurs, and business owners, PTSD/Trauma using the Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories Protocol (RTM) for veterans/civilians, and anxiety.
Michael is a licensed mental health counselor, certified addiction professional, and certified drug and alcohol counselor with the State of Florida. He is certified in the RTM Protocol for PTSD/Trauma. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a Master’s Degree in Health & Behavioral Science at the University of Florida. Michael was on the University of Florida’s Powerlifting team. Michael received further training through the Alachua County Crisis Centre, Shands at Vista Substance Abuse and Dual-Diagnosis program, Oak Hammock at the University of Florida, Tri-County Human Services, Inc. and Crossroads Ministries.
Michael uses his own experiences as a high school and college athlete to help other athletes overcome mental blocks that prevent them from achieving their highest performance potential. He provides advanced mental training that removes all mental blocks that prevent clients from achieving and maintaining peak performance. Michael has worked with professional athletes from the NFL, MLB, MiLB, NBA, Olympic Team USA, the WWE, and Ironman. He has also worked with college athletes throughout the SEC and ACC. Michael works with high school level athletes throughout the State of Florida. He has helped athletes who participated in the following sports: Baseball, Softball, Basketball, Golf, Football, Tennis, Gymnastics, Triathlon, Rowing, LaCrosse, Track, Soccer, Swimming, Wrestling, Volleyball, Hockey, CrossFit, & Weightlifting.
